This machine serves for forming standard profiles intended for the manufacture of HVAC ducts as well as for other metal work. Prearranged sheet metal blanks with a thickness of 0.6 – 1.2 mm are processed on this machine. Forming is carried out by seven pairs of forming rolls. The machine is double-sided, so the machine can be set with two different profiles. The forming rolls are located outside the main gear box, allowing their easy replacement. All the shafts are embedded on special needle bearings and the whole distributing gear is in an oil bath. Easily adjustable guiding rulers are located on two separate work benches. The upper part of the machine is fitted with a protective cover.
